Collaboration Process
Project Presentation
• Name: 2 set equipment for children's playrooms for the upcoming World Cup 2022 in Qatar.
• Location: project built at Hamad International Airport, Qatar (new airport and old airport).
• Project status: The project is still under construction and is expected to be completed on November 20, 2022.
• Project goal: Welcome to the World Cup in Qatar and bring joy to the upcoming 1,2 million visitors!
• Client plan: Two sets of indoor gaming equipment and interactive projection equipment have been installed at Qatar Airport.
• Project area: About 700 square meters. As shown in the picture, this is a photograph of the site sent to us by the customer.
Schedule of Communication of Two Parties
• July 4 2022 city Client contact usby accessing the site through a Google search. The customer said that due to the tight project cycle, the customer sent us photos of cases collected earlier. The customer asks if we can deliver in 2-3 weeks. Because in a few months the World Cup will begin.
• July 5 2022 city Beston A team of professional designers began to communicate with the designers of the Qatari investor. Its main communication purpose is to discuss the 2D layout.
• July 14 2022 city After about 10 days of communication, both parties basically decided on a 2D layout. During this time, we have undergone many optimizations and modifications.
• July 15 2022 city Beston received an advance from the customer and proceeded to 3D design. It is worth noting that the prepayment will be taken into account in the final settlement after confirmation of the final cooperation.
• July 25 2022 city After 6 rounds of design reviews, the 3D design was finally approved. The specific effect is shown in the figure.
Delivery and Shipping
• July 29 to August 1, 2022 On July 29, we signed an agreement with the customer to confirm the order. Then August 1st Beston Attractions LLC received customer's deposit.
• From August 2 to August 23, 2022 After receiving the deposit, we set about organizing production in the Chinese entertainment equipment factory. Execution of production work quickly within 20 days. Soon, around the 23rd, the construction of two sets of equipment for indoor children's play centers was completed. Then start preparing for shipping.
• From August 23 to September 25, 2022 On September 20, all equipment arrived at the port and customs clearance was completed. On September 25, all three containers were ready, and then we were going to send installers to supervise the installation work.
On site installation
• 10th of October 2022 To help Qatari customers complete the installation of children's entertainment center equipment and interactive projection at the new airport quickly and smoothly. Beston sent engineers with 20 years of experience to Qatar to installation manuals.
• 20th of October 2022 About 10 days later, a Beston engineer completed the on-site installation work at the new Hamad International Airport. Installation at Doha Airport is about 60 percent complete.
• November 20 2022 city The entire installation process is under control and runs smoothly. All installation work will be completed around November 20th. At this time, the first tourists of the World Cup will arrive.
