The park covers 100 hectares, of which 36 hectares is the area of ​​the building, making it the largest indoor amusement park in the world. Over the four years of its operation, the park has been visited by almost 20 million people, more than 42 thousand theatrical performances and about 400 concerts have taken place, attracting millions of spectators.

During this time, the park expanded by 40%, new attractions and areas for children and youth were added. The largest concert hall in Europe with 4200 seats (with the possibility of increasing to 5700) was opened, as well as the largest city swimming pool with 2500 sun loungers. The project influenced the structure of tourists in Moscow - the number of family tourists increased by 30%, and the average length of stay increased to 6 days.

Large-scale expansion and new projects

In 2026, it is planned to open a new open-air theme area of ​​260 thousand square meters, which will allow "Dream Island" to enter the top ten largest parks in the world. In addition, a new concert hall for 10 thousand seats and two halls for musicals are being built - for young people with 1500 seats and for children with 650 seats. A hotel is also being built. Mutsoev also spoke about a resort project in the Mnevniki district with swimming pools, spas and shopping areas, open all year round.
